Subject Mater Expert

Minimum/General Experience: 20 plus years of directly related professional work experience.

Minimum Education:  Doctorate degree. Or Masters degree with over 35 years of experience in field.

Senior Analyst

Minimum/General Experience:  Analyst II experience with 20 plus years of directly related professional work experience.

Minimum Education:  A Master’s degree in Science (operations research), engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related technical field.

Analyst II

Minimum/General Experience:  Fifteen years of working experience in operations research, modeling and simulation, engineering, business analysis, systems functional analysis, quality management, database development, organizational strategic planning, or test design.

Minimum Education:  Bachelors degree and five years of continuous experience.

Analyst I

Minimum/General Experience:  One year working experience in a technical discipline relating operations research, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related technical field in operations area being studied.

Minimum Education:  Bachelors degree in an operations research, engineering, business analysis, systems functional analysis, quality management database development, organizational strategic planning, or program management discipline relating to the task order. 

Data Technician

Minimum/General Experience:  Two (2) years working experience in a technical and administrative discipline relating to ADP/information systems.

Minimum Education:  Associate degree or three (3) years experience relevant to the task order as a substitute.
